Excel Data Analyst

OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ‘Excel Whiz’ to join an International company as a Remote based Data Analyst!

This organisaition is an SME who are leaders in their field, providing technical solutions and managed services to ompanies around the world.

Working from home, this Data Analyst position is both analytical and customer facing – using Advanced Excel functions to undertake Data  Analysis, and then creating reports and explaining to customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing company, that offers excellent training and clear career progression routes.

Whilst a purely remote role, there could be the possibility / opportunity to attend client / customer meetings, and occasional team meetings in the East Midlands. This isn’t something that will be regular.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• A good level of knowledge / experience of Microsoft Excel
• PowerPoint experience
• Customer facing, ideally technical product support experience
• A good level of English and Maths
• Excellent analytical / diagnostic skills with data Analysis and report writing experience
• Experience of Project Management is advantageous

THE ROLE

• Data analysis and reporting of findings to customer (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and project reporting.)
• Production of ad-hoc internal reports as required
• Carry out project management ensuring that services are in line with SLAs.
• Generating high quality and accurate internal and external specifications and documentation.
• Conducting face to face meetings and conference calls with customers.
• Conducting internal reviews of customer progress and targets.
• Ensuring client expectations are met and SLA delivered
• Identify improvements in customer service to enable client expectations to be exceeded.
• Continually reviewing analysis reporting to improve their relevance and understanding to the
  customer.

STARTING SALARY: APPROX £25k
