OVERVIEW

We have 2 excellent opportunities for  Apprenticeship Developement Coaches to join a Quality focused Training Provider organisation who specialise in Leadership and Management Apprenticeships. These are Remote based roles.

The focus of these positions are the Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5, and the Women in Leadership Level 5 standards, so applicants must be able to deliver these.

As a Development Coach / Tutor you will plan, prepare, train and assess learner competence and improve skills, knowledge and behaviours relating to learning outcomes.

THE ROLE

  • Provide a robust programme induction, setting clear expectations, providing a detailed explanation around all aspects of the programme
  • Identify individual support needs through thorough analysis of initial and diagnostic assessments, tailoring support and planning additional support interventions as required.
  • Set and review SMART targets on assessment plans with clear guidance and timebound deadlines.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to all apprentices, assisting with the delivery and application of new learning.
  • Conduct regular assessment of learner’s knowledge, skills and behaviour against the relevant apprenticeship standard
  • Provide meaningful and stretching feedback to learners to challenge and motivate them in their learning.
  • Ensure learners have successfully completed their learning in line with their anticipated completion dates.
  • Carry out progress reviews.
  • Provide learner progress updates in line with agreed caseload and performance review cycles.
  • Deliver and achieve learner’s functional skills within the first 7 months on programme.
  • Act on quality and compliance feedback.
  • Work in partnership with allocated trainers to deliver a seamless customer journey focused on achieving learner outcomes.
  • Plan visits effectively with learners to ensure a thorough understanding of their qualifications, progress and what will be covered at each visit.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • An appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA) (Essential)
  • Significant occupational experience in the Management (Essential)
  • Verification or quality assurance qualification (D34, V1, TAQA) (Desirable)
  • Leadership and Management Level 5 (Desirable)
  • Coaching Level 5 (Desirable)
  • Formal teacher training (Desirable)
