Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Coach

V Selective Recruitment are recruiting multiple Leadership and Management Coaches to join a fast growing ‘Good’ rated Training Provider who work with some major global brands!

As an organisaiton they nurture potential with their range of government funded apprenticeship programmes that include Team Leading L3, Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5, along with Women in Management / Leadership programmes.

These are Remote / Home based opportunities – so applicants can be based anywhere in England / Wales.

THE ROLE:

• Delivery of the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship standard through mainly remote and potentially some face-to-face sessions on rare occasions.
• Coaching and mentoring learners on the Level 5 Operational Department Manager Apprenticeship standard, supporting them from their induction through to End Point Assessment (EPA).
• To plan, prepare, train and assess learner competence and improve skills, knowledge and behaviours relating to learning outcomes.
• Supporting the delivery of Functional Skills (Maths and English) is also part of the role.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for the following criteria:

• Occupational experience in Leadership and Management.
• An Assessor qualification is essential (e.g. D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA)
• An IQA qualification is desirable, but not required.
• A Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification is desirable.
• A teaching qualification is desirable.
• Experience in both face-to-face and remote delivery, including coaching and mentoring.
• A good understanding of ESFA rules (apprenticeship delivery)
• Ability to work to KPIs
• Experience of efective caseload management
• The ability to inspire and motivate learners through workshops and coaching
