The Interim HR Manager will be accountable for the plants HR function and a be key member of the leadership team.

The role will involve working closely with leadership to optimise workplace performance in support of business goals. Working closely with the HR team, building employee engagement by driving the development  of business strategies and plans through strategic HR planning, organisational design and talent management.

This exciting opportiunity involves the management of HR Practices, the HR Team, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and L&D.


  • 5 + Years HR experience
  • Degree educated or equivalent CIPD qualification
  • Strong organisational skills to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Previous HR experience in a large manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Experience working with Unions or work councils (desirable)
