Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for developing others?

A market-leading, Ofsted ‘Good’ Training Provider is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Specialist Coach & Trainer to inspire and mentor the next generation of BA professionals!

If you are a great communicator who enjoys guiding learners from onboarding all the way to End Point Assessment (EPA) success, this is your chance to make a real impact on careers and businesses alike.

The Opportunity

In this dynamic dual role, you will lead high-quality masterclasses, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions for apprentices working towards their Level 4 Business Analyst Standard. You will work closely with a diverse range of learners—from early careers to senior leaders—helping them bridge the gap between theory and real-world workplace application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver & Coach: Lead engaging online (and occasional face-to-face) workshops and masterclasses that bring Business Analysis concepts to life.

  • Mentor & Guide: Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, setting SMART targets to drive learner progress, retention, and timely EPA completion.

  • Portfolio Development: Support apprentices in building top-tier portfolios of evidence aligned with EPAO standards.

  • Employer Collaboration: Partner with line managers and employers to design meaningful workplace projects that add true business value.

  • Quality & Progress: Track, assess, and provide constructive feedback on apprentice work while ensuring compliance with quality and safeguarding standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Hands-on Business Analysis experience in a commercial or corporate environment.

  • Solid knowledge of the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship Standard with proven experience coaching learners through to Gateway/EPA.

  • Outstanding communication skills—able to build instant rapport with both apprentices and senior stakeholders.

  • A high level of ownership and accountability, with a tailored approach to supporting different learning styles.

Desirable:

  • BCS Level 4 modules/oral exam experience or qualifications.

  • Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, Safeguarding, Prevent, and E&D.

  • Project Management experience (or familiarity with PMQ / APM).

Why Apply?

  • Make a Difference: Help professionals gain industry-recognized qualifications and excel in their careers.

  • Supportive Culture: Join an energetic team that values collaboration, real-world relevance, and positive energy.

  • Flexibility: Enjoy a balanced hybrid/remote delivery model.
