We have an excllent opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join a Training Provider organisation who specialise in Leadership and Management Apprenticeships. This is a Remote based role.

Supporting the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery, the Delivery Manager will ensure strategic objectives and targets within the business plan and budget are met by providing leadership, clear direction and support across the operational management team.

As Apprenticeship Delivery Manager you will ensure that apprentices receive a high-quality learning experience, meet their learning and development goals, and gain valuable skills to succeed in their chosen field.

THE ROLE

  • Manage a team of Development Coaches ensuring they reach all set targets, supporting them in all aspects of their role.
  • Identification and remedial action of operational underperformance.
  • Completion of monthly caseload reviews
  • Development and establishment of a high performance culture, including succession planning.
  • Resource planning, including effective recruitment as required.
  • Test performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • To be the first point of contact for day to day operational queries. Respond to client complaints and escalate to senior stakeholders when necessary.
  • Achievement of performance targets in line with agreed business planning.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen, including the management of P&L and achievement of the budget.
  • Timely approval and submission of MI processing requests.
  • Support sales pipeline to ensure caseloads are maintained and growth trajectories are achieved.
  • Collaborate with wider departmental teams to ensure quality and compliance expectations are met.
  • Use MI data to track learner progression and achievement.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly account management reviews
  • Ensure the team are continually trained and developed.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
  • Provide monthly one-one review sessions with direct reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience of managing and leading teams
  • 5 years occupational experience in a relevant sector
  • Significant experience of providing one-one coaching sessions and group training delivery.
  • 12 month’s experience of using learning platforms
  • Significant experience of supporting learners using a blended approach of face-to-face and remote support
  • Understanding and knowledge of new apprenticeship standards
  • Learner focused with a proven track record in supporting their achievement, retention and motivation
  • Experience of delivering new apprenticeship standards
  • Experience of supporting employers to work with new apprenticeship standards
  • Experience of working with endpoint assessment organisations
  • Ability to support learners to develop their digital skills
  • Functional Skills in English and maths at a minimum of Level 2
  • IT Functional Skills Level 2 minimum
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Commitment to own continuous professional development
  • V1, IQA or TAQA L4 qualification (desirable)
  • AET, CET, CTTLS or DTLLS qualified (desirable)
  • Microsoft experience – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
  • Minimum Level 3 Team Manager qualification
