A market-leading, Ofsted ‘Good’ Training Provider is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Specialist Coach & Trainer to inspire and mentor the next generation of BA professionals!

In this dynamic dual role, you will lead high-quality masterclasses, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions for apprentices working towards their Level 4 Business Analyst Standard. You will work closely with a diverse range of learners—from early careers to senior leaders—helping them bridge the gap between theory and real-world workplace application.
Deliver & Coach: Lead engaging online (and occasional face-to-face) workshops and masterclasses that bring Business Analysis concepts to life.
Mentor & Guide: Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, setting SMART targets to drive learner progress, retention, and timely EPA completion.
Portfolio Development: Support apprentices in building top-tier portfolios of evidence aligned with EPAO standards.
Employer Collaboration: Partner with line managers and employers to design meaningful workplace projects that add true business value.
Quality & Progress: Track, assess, and provide constructive feedback on apprentice work while ensuring compliance with quality and safeguarding standards.
Hands-on Business Analysis experience in a commercial or corporate environment.
Solid knowledge of the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship Standard with proven experience coaching learners through to Gateway/EPA.
Outstanding communication skills—able to build instant rapport with both apprentices and senior stakeholders.
A high level of ownership and accountability, with a tailored approach to supporting different learning styles.
BCS Level 4 modules/oral exam experience or qualifications.
Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, Safeguarding, Prevent, and E&D.
Project Management experience (or familiarity with PMQ / APM).
