About the Role

Are you an onboarding or enrolment specialist with experience in funded learning?

V Selective are proud to partner with a leading, high-quality Training Provider to recruit an Enrolment Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Joining a supportive and fast-paced onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in guiding learners and employers seamlessly through the apprenticeship onboarding journey.

If you thrive in a fully remote environment, love delivering fantastic customer service, and know the ins and outs of apprenticeship compliance, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guiding the Journey: Act as the main point of contact, supporting both apprentices and employers smoothly through the end-to-end enrolment process.

  • Ensuring Compliance: Assess learner eligibility (including English and Maths qualifications) and manage essential documentation, including Apprenticeship Agreements and Training Plans.

  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain flawless data accuracy and reporting across onboarding platforms, ensuring strict alignment with ESFA funding rules.

  • Delivering Excellence: Provide friendly, professional, and proactive customer service via phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Championing Safeguarding: Act as a safeguarding advocate, recognizing and reporting any concerns in line with statutory guidance and company policy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sector Experience: Proven experience supporting funded learning or apprenticeship onboarding in a DfE-regulated setting.

  • Systems Savvy: Experience using MIS platforms—Aptem experience is highly desirable, though similar apprenticeship management systems will be considered. Strong MS Office skills are a must.

  • Compliance Knowledge: A solid grasp of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship documentation.

  • Great Communicator: Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with learners, employers, and internal colleagues.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and strong time management.

  • Qualifications: Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Why Apply?

  • 100% Remote: Enjoy genuine flexibility working from home.

  • Competitive Package: A strong base salary of £30,000, plus an achievable performance bonus.

  • High-Impact Role: Play a key part in changing lives through education and skills development.
