Women in Leadership and Management coach
Remote Based / Salary: £35k – £38k
OVERVIEW
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Quality focused Training Provider who deliver training within a number of global companies / household names.
Due to ongoing growth they are looking to add a number of new Leadership and Management coaches to their Apprenticeship delivery team. Specifically we are seeking Tutors / Coaches / Assessors to deliver their pioneering ‘Women in Leadership’ programmes that equip Women leaders with the confidence, skills, and tools to thrive in leadership roles.
These are home-based / remote roles, with some flexibility required for travel – although this would be rare.
As an Apprenticeship Coach you will be a subject matter expert in Leadership and Management, managing a caseload of learners on the L5 Management (ODM), L3 Team Leading, L3 Women in Management and L5 Women in Leadership Apprenticeships..
You will deliver some knowledge-based workshops as well as coaching workplace skills application and supporting apprentices to build a robust portfolio of evidence. You will deliver the end-to-end learning journey and be responsible for their learning experience.
Some of the L5 Management Workshops are delivered by speciailist Trainers in ‘Master-Classes’, however applicants still need to be able to deliver Management sessions at this level.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Essential:
- Relevant professional and delivery (including group delivery) experience of Management standards
- Relevant Management vocational experience and/or L5 Management qualification.
- Interest or experience in Women in Leadership programmes
- Some experience of curriculum and product design and development
- Teaching qualification (level 5 preferred)
- Level 2 functional skills qualified (maths & English)
Desirable:
- Level 4 IAG qualification
- Professional coaching qualification
THE ROLE
- Provide enhanced information and guidance following programme appraisal with the enrolment team, setting clear expectations, providing a detailed explanation around all aspects of the programme.
- Identify individual support needs through thorough analysis of initial and diagnostic assessments, collaborating with the Additional Learning Support Specialist if additional support is required for any learner in their cohort.
- Deliver knowledge based workshops to cohorts of learners, equipping them with the knowledge to succeed and grow in their roles.
- Set and review SMART targets on training plans with clear guidance and timebound deadlines.
- Facilitate group delivered specialist workshops, delivering key knowledge elements, fully mapped to the apprenticeship standard.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to all apprentices, assisting with the embedding and application of new learning in their practical setting.
- Supporting learners to gather a high standard of KSB evidence that they can use to build a first-class portfolio of evidence.
- Conduct regular assessment of learner’s knowledge, skills, and behaviour against the relevant apprenticeship standard.
- Ensure learners have successfully completed their learning in line with their anticipated completion dates.
- Carry out progress reviews in line with contractual requirements as set out by the operational management.
- Provide learner progress updates in line with operational management’s agreed caseload and performance review cycles.
- When relevant deliver and achieve learner’s functional skills within the first 6 months on programme, utilising FS Specialist delivery support.
