Saffy Alam and Ryan Vidor launched V Selective Recruitment back in 2005!

V Selective was born from their personal experiences of both the ‘graduate job market’, and the way recruitment companies worked in general.

‘Our experience was that of ‘CV shops’ who did not see people as… people!’

Since establishing our graduate desk in 2005, we have expanded over the years – launching  dedicated Technical, Training and Commercial Sector desks – employing specialist consultants who share the V Selective ethos.

Having recruited within the Training sector for over 15 years, we have both developed a passion for Apprenticeships and Employability Skills.

At V Selective we now have a portfolio of services that can meet the individual needs of individual organisations.

On the back of our experience of Recruiting within the Training Sector, V Selective also lanched EAT Jobs the Education and Training Job Board back in 2009 … Read more here
