We are seeking a candidate, who will be supporting a Nationwide cohort of Apprentices. The majority of delivery will be remote with some travel when required,

This role will be crucial in maintaining and strengthening stakeholder relationships and delivering high levels of service, achieving high achievement and satisfaction rates.

The role will be home-based / remote with some occasional travel as required. We are ideally seeking someone who is Midlands based, but also open to candidates based across the country.


  • Background / Career history in Recruitment
  • To hold Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT (or equivalent)
  • An Assessor award (e.g. TAQA / CAVA / A1) along with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. L3 EAT or PTTLS) would be ideal … but we will also consider applications from experienced Recruitment professionals (with some coaching / training experience) who would like to move into the world of Training!


  • Delivery to develop workplace knowledge and skills as part of learner apprenticeships
  • Set personalised learning plans to motivate and inspire learners to achieve and progress
  • Conduct workplace assessments to monitor learner development, generating evidence to assist with the Gateway and EPA phase
  • Record all teaching and learning completed on and off the job
  • Ensure regular learner support and review of progress
  • Ensure effective teaching of English and Maths and timely achievement of functional skills within the first six months of a learner being on programme
  • Ensure formal learner reviews are carried out, ensuring both learner and employer involvement.
  • Manage and maintain a thorough record of the learner journey, ensuring full compliance with the ESFA funding rules
  • Assist with the ongoing development of the programme, ensuring resources are current and information reflects workplace changes as and when they occur. Ensure knowledge of new standards and EPA assessment plans is strong to enable success for all learners
