OVERVIEW

This is a new role with a really good company – an award winning training provider who are currently embarking on an exciting period of growth … They operate throughout the East Midlands region, delivering various programmes including Apprenticeships, Employability and Adult Learning.

They are wanting to appoint a new Engagement Manager who will lead and manage the Employer and Learner engagement teams to ensure sales and recruitment targets are met across all programmes.

We are seeking candidates who have sales and management experience within the Training / Further Education sectors.

Key duties include:

  • Management of social media activity
  • Working with the Commercial Director to develop the sales strategy
  • Motivate, develop and coach staff to enable them to work efficiently and achieve sales and recruitment targets.
  • Work with sales and recruitment team to support them to develop their own sales strategies to target employers and learners
  • To lead by example by building up and managing a caseload of own sales activity.

This role can be based from either Nottingham or Derby, incorporating Hybrid working.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A proven track record of meeting sales and recruitment targets within the further education sector.
  • Experience of selling apprenticeships.
  • Experience of leading, managing and motivating a sales and recruitment team.
  • Determination and drive to achieve company targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to cope under pressure.
  • Excellent communicational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (conversant with Microsoft Office and social media).
  • The ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Driving licence and own transport.
